Miss Alison Leung
Miss Leung is a Certified Public Accountant and a CPA (Australia) with more than 10 years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, business finance and corporate transactions. She has assisted Mr Kwok in a number of regulatory compliance and contract dispute cases.
Miss Vivian Au-Yeung
Miss Au-Yeung is an analyst and accountant with 4 years of experience specialising in research methodologies, financial modelling and data analytics. She has assisted Mr Kwok in a number of litigation and arbitration cases, including contract disputes, professional negligence, matrimonial proceedings, land resumption claims and allegations of frauds and asset misappropriations.
Miss Angela Chong
Miss Chong is a Certified Public Accountant and has assisted Mr Kwok in various civil and criminal cases, including shareholders' deadlocks, contract disputes, estate contests, personal injuries, alleged accounting irregularities, suspected embezzlements and conspiracy to defraud allegations. Miss Chong has presented a series of CPD seminars on forensic accounting and business valuation for The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a number of organisations with Mr Kwok, and has supported Mr Kwok in writing ¡§Quantum assessment of losses of inventories by forensic CPAs¡¨ which was concurrently published by The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Actuarial Society of Hong Kong and The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 2014-15
Mr C H Yeung
Mr Yeung is a Certified Public Accountant (Practising) with more than 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation and financial investigation. He holds a Master of Arts degree in English for Professional Purposes, an Executive Diploma in International Business Valuation and the Professional Diplomas in Hong Kong Tax and China Tax of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr Micheal Wong
Mr Wong is professionally qualified as a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner with years of experience in auditing, accounting, tax compliance and law enforcement. He has assisted Mr Kwok in cases involving investigative due diligence and inspections under sections 120 and 121 of the predecessor Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) and sections 375, 618 and 629 of the new Companies Ordinance (Cap 622).
Sr K S Wong
Sr Wong is professionally qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and a Registered Professional Surveyor (GP), with three decades of experience in senior positions at several corporations. For the last 4-5 years, Sr Wong has jointly presented CPD seminars with Mr Kwok at the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and other organisations.
Dr Benjamin Fung
Dr Fung has two master degrees and a doctorate degree in business administration. He has more than 20 years of working experience in corporate banking responsible for conducting credit analyses and risk assessments. In recent years, he has developed management training for businesses and institutions. Dr Fung is also professionally qualified as a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Certified Management Accountant and a Chartered Secretary.
